Clear prices before confirmation

Marketplace products, mixed supplier bundles and video listings all enter the same retailer basket. Rawhub displays their buying prices inclusive of platform charges. At checkout, available shipping charges are calculated from the supplier pickup PIN and retailer delivery PIN and shown separately before confirmation. Quoted courier charges may change if the address, dimensions or basket changes.

Marketplace orders

The whole basket, including products added from a reel, uses the configured secure online payment provider (Cashfree or Razorpay); COD is offered only where the courier supports it. A prepaid order is placed after the payment provider confirms capture. A COD order requires the balance on delivery, subject to the courier’s COD service and our order confirmation.

The ₹500 request fee

A retailer pays ₹500 before a buying request becomes visible to suppliers. If the retailer accepts a supplier bid and confirms an order, the ₹500 is credited toward that order’s payable amount. The remaining amount, together with quoted shipping, is payable online or by eligible COD.

Recorded settlement stages

For an accepted bid, Rawhub records a ₹500 supplier settlement milestone after verified courier pickup from the supplier location. The remaining supplier settlement is due after delivery and applicable COD collection/remittance. Actual transfers depend on payment provider eligibility, settlement setup and verification; the milestone queue itself does not move money.

If a payment is captured without an order being placed, contact Rawhub support with the payment reference. We review the transaction and arrange fulfillment or an applicable refund.
