Becoming a Rapido Partner is simple and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to complete your onboarding and start earning with Rapido.
Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form
Begin by completing the Rapido onboarding form with your basic details, including:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- City
- Vehicle Type (Bike/Auto/Cab, if applicable)
Step 2: Upload Required Documents
Keep the following documents ready for verification:
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Driving Licence (for driver partners)
- RC (Registration Certificate)
- Vehicle Insurance
- Selfie/Photograph
- Bank Account Details
Step 3: Document Verification
Your submitted documents will be reviewed by the onboarding team. Ensure all documents are clear, valid, and up to date to avoid delays.
Step 4: Background & Eligibility Check

Install the official Rapido Captain App and log in using your registered mobile number.

Step 8: Start Accepting Rides
After activation, go online through the Rapido Captain App and begin accepting ride requests to start earning.
