Check the delivery address first
The current Rawhub flow uses the delivery address saved in the customer profile. Confirm the recipient name, mobile number, street details, city, state and PIN code before payment. A correct address helps reduce avoidable delivery problems. If the details are wrong, update the profile before starting checkout rather than assuming the courier can correct them later.
Online prepayment only
Rawhub’s Mystery Box page currently accepts online payment through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available. The amount shown in the final checkout should be checked before you authorize payment. Do not send money separately to a personal UPI ID or bank account; use the site’s payment flow and retain the provider reference.
Order confirmation and records
A payment attempt is not the same as a confirmed order. Keep the Rawhub order confirmation and Razorpay payment reference. If money is captured but no order confirmation appears, do not pay again immediately; contact Rawhub support with the reference so the transaction can be checked.
Contents and delivery expectations
The current listing says boxes are curated and dispatched from Rawhub’s warehouse. The assortment can vary, and the 360° box is a visual preview. Review the current policy for damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries before purchase. The Mystery Box has no ₹5,000 wholesale minimum; that rule belongs to the separate retailer marketplace flow.
