A useful supplier product listing answers retailer questions before they need to ask. Accurate product data helps buyers compare options and helps the review process identify missing information. Suppliers should treat each listing as a record of what can actually be supplied, at the stated price and quantity.
Write a specific product title and description
Use the product type, brand where applicable, model or variant, pack size and key specification in the title. Explain material, size, colour, compatibility, shelf life or included components when relevant. Avoid unsupported claims such as “best,” “certified” or “original” unless evidence supports them. State what the buyer receives and any important exclusions.
Use clear, truthful images
Add sharp images of the actual product, front and back packaging, and important labels or variants. Keep backgrounds clean and make sure colours and scale are not misleading. Do not use a manufacturer image if your shipped product differs from it. Add alt text that describes what the image shows. Rawhub’s supplier listing workflow may ask for multiple product images; follow the current form’s limit and file rules.
Set stock and quantity rules you can fulfil
Enter realistic available stock, minimum order quantity, maximum quantity and whether a fixed pack or quantity step applies. Update inventory quickly after offline sales. If a product cannot be supplied at a requested quantity, do not leave an inaccurate stock number live. Price should account for the agreed supplier terms, packaging and dispatch responsibilities.
Complete review before promising availability
Submit the required product and business information and wait for the listing review outcome. Publication depends on the platform’s current approval checks. Do not tell retailers an item is live until it is visible on the approved marketplace. See the supplier onboarding page and marketplace for current steps.
